The manufacturer Frisia Performance offers a 2-year guarantee on all flap controls. The period for calculating the guarantee period begins with the invoice date. If material defects or manufacturing defects occur in the goods you have purchased during this period, the manufacturer, as guarantor, will grant you one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of this guarantee:
-free repair of the goods or
-free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item

Warranty claims are excluded if the goods are damaged by:
-improper or abusive treatment
- Failure to follow the assembly instructions (heat damage)
-Use of force
-Do-it-yourself repair attempts
The prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that the guarantor is given the opportunity to check the warranty case (e.g. by sending in the goods). It is important to ensure that damage to the goods during transport is avoided by using secure packaging. When applying for warranty service, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the shipment of goods so that the guarantor can check whether the warranty period has been adhered to. Without a copy of the invoice, the guarantor can refuse warranty service.
If your warranty claims are justified, the warranty will always be processed freight-free for you, meaning that the guarantor will reimburse any shipping costs for the outbound shipment.
Important note: This manufacturer's warranty does not limit your legal rights in the event of defects and can be exercised free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. This guarantee promise from the manufacturer does not violate your legal rights, but rather extends your legal status.
If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether there is a warranty claim or the warranty is being used.
